Chemical Storage Warehouse

This project involved creating a highly specialised and secure storage facility for chemicals. To achieve this goal a wide range of complex tasks were executed with precision and care. One of the first tasks involved in this process was the diversion of drainage to ensure that the site was properly drained and free of waterlogging. This is a crucial step in the protection of stored chemicals, as any moisture could compromise their integrity and safety. Another important step involved stabilising the ground to provide additional support for the foundations. This required driving steel piles deep into the ground and reinforcing them with concrete, creating a solid and stable base on which to build the warehouse. Once the groundwork was complete, the steel erection phase began during which the skeleton of the structure was erected and secured in place. This was followed by the installation of a bunded wall, which provides additional protection against spills or leaks. Finally, the structure was clad in a durable and weather-resistant material to ensure its longevity and protection against the elements.

Overall, this project demanded a high level of expertise and attention to detail to ensure that the final result met the required standards for safety, security, and functionality.
