The original asbestos roof and side gable sheets were safely and professionally removed in accordance with current health and safety regulations. - Recladding with Modern Materials:
The building was reclad using big 6 profile fibre cement sheets offering improved weather resistance, insulation, and a sleek, modern finish. - New Flashings
All existing flashings were replaced with new, durable materials that complement the updated cladding. - Upgraded Guttering System:
A Plygene gutter system was installed to ensure efficient water drainage, particularly suitable for large roof spans and high rainfall areas. - New Sliding Doors:
Supply and was fitted to replace the old damaged door and to enhance the overall uniformity of the building’s exterior.
