From the meticulous planning stages to the seamless progression and ultimate execution, this project represents a journey of dedication and innovation. Our design and build process prioritised not only aesthetics but also functionality, with the ground floor featuring robust block and beam flooring providing a solid foundation for the opulent amenities within. The structural integrity of the facility is further enhanced by Posi joists seamlessly integrated into the roof and first floor, striking a balance between strength and elegance. At the core of this architectural marvel is the steelwork superstructure, serving as the main frame that not only reinforces the building but also stands as a symbol of endurance in the face of unprecedented times. The outer skin of the Laceby Luxury Gym and Spa is a harmonious blend of durability and aesthetics, combining masonry blockwork and Siberian larch to create a structure that is not only resilient but also exudes natural beauty, redefining the standard for luxury in fitness and relaxation.
